A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The swimming pool is open from April to October, weather permitting. Please note that the mandatory service charge fee is not included in the price and is due directly after booking. Please contact the reception in advance if you plan to arrive outside of the following Opening Hours : High Season : Monday to Friday 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:30. Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Sunday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:30. Low season : Monday to Friday : 08:30 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:30 Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00. The pool, snack bar, bread service and wellness area are not available from November to April. The reception is only open on arrival and departure days during this period. TV is included. For stays of 6 nights or fewer, bed linen and towels are included in the price, except in July and August. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Access to the wellness centre is at an extra charge. Please note that the city tax is to be paid on site upon arrival. Optional services to be paid on site : baby bed : EUR 15/ week - baby high chair: EUR 5 per week – baby bed + baby high chair kit : EUR 25 per week. A EUR 39 weekly fee applies per pet.
