Great location but overall experience...

Location right by sea with views over to Lombok and Mount Rinjani. Spacious property. Design of buildings nice. Good yoga Shala. Some staff v friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

They weren’t expecting us. We tried to contact by email, phone and WhatsApp but no response. There was no one to open the gates hotel. The room had no towel, soap, toilet paper etc. It’s quarantine ...
