reservation not sent to the hostel NULL!

Upon arriving at the hostel, whose confirmation you will find below, I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that the reservation had not been registered by the hostel. So I paid a second time directly to the hostel to be accepted. Please explain why my reservation was not registered by the hostel. Please refund my pre-reservation and confirm that I will not be charged the full amount.
