You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Please note that the reception desk closes at 20:00. Check-in after 20:00 is required to inform the property. The property will only arrange for late check-in with full payment made.
