Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Generator Hamburg in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise. AGE RESTRICTIONS: In Germany unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generator's parental/guardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parent/guardian. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel. AMENITIES: Guests staying in the twin rooms, double rooms or single rooms are issued with towels free of charge, but guests staying in the dormitories have to bring their own towels or rent them at the hostel for an additional charge of €5. PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property, but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34 kg.

Good location, basic amenities

The location is very good and has 24 hour reception, which was comfortable because we arrived past midnight. The booking photos represented the place correctly.
