Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Haka House Christchurch in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests 17 years or younger cannot be accommodated in a shared dormitory room. All guests aged 17 years and under must be accompanied by an adult, and that adult is responsible for actions of all the youths within that booking party. Please note that all alternative bedding configurations cannot be accommodated when booking less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with Credit Card.
