Close to city centre

Everything! I stayed with my girlfriend in a private room in the annexe, a separate building around the corner from the hostel, which was quiet and peaceful and kind of felt like we were staying in our own house; ideal for a couple or those who want their own privacy. It was clean and comfortable and had a lovely view of the river. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the hostel itself, but we both found it to be very cosy and relaxing and there is a nice garden out the back too.

the location

It was very nice, perfectly clean, across from the castle, and just a few blocks from the high street.

Position

The hostel is in an old noble house and nicely located in the middle of nowhere. A really good and comfortable feature is the breakfast included in the price. All rooms (sleeping rooms, community rooms, kitchen, even toilet) are BIG!

Location

Have a clean kitchen, with pretty much everything you need. Big tv. Nice lounge with big sofa. the toilet was clean.

The showers were amazing! Guaranteed the best in all of Scotland, the head was massive with fantastic pressure! The beds were really comfy, actually had a real mattress... Unlike other hostels! Lovely common room with a fire and fully equipped kitchen. Great location, walking distance to the river and shops.

Amazing view over River Ness, well equipped and comfortable rooms.

I had booked private apartment with 4 beds . And to my surprise it was a fully furnished 1BHK house with all facilities just for 20£ per person. It was located just in front of Ness river which makes a great view during evening. Just 3 min walk to tain and 5 to Bus station. Most of the tours depart from Inverness visitor centre which is 2 min walk. I definitely recommend this hostel for budget travellers :-)

The welcoming fire, cosy conservatory and all round good atmosphere.

Great location by the river and near the castle. TV and very good heating in the room. Towels available at no extra cost. Since there was no reception or anyone to check up on you, the 11:30am check out was pretty relaxed - so didn't feel like we had to rush to be out, we just took as long as we liked.

The staff were great.
