Nice hostel

Love the bed, although the mattress was kind of hard. The welcome pack was a very nice detail. Was clean and comfortable. Perfect for one or two nights. The staff was good.

First off the staff is just incredible

After long travel I am suffering from deep sunburn. The reception wrote the medicine I needed in Vietnamese and gave me directions to the nearest pharmacy. I quickly got my medicine and they called a restaurant for reservations for my wife and I. Generally very friendly and helpful hostel. Katy from the reception was amazing at coordinating our trip to Ba Na Hills and we can even say that she was the best hostess through our three week trip in Vietnam.
