Quiet, but nobody if you need most of the time, no breakfast

We waited a good 15 minutes for the door to finally open to us. The front desk person was nice but didn't really explain things to us. We looked for breakfast in the kitchen, we found nothing except an old package of sandwich bread. The kitchen utensils are damaged and very few (no fork already!). The hostel is very quiet, there were very few people when we were there, and quite clean, but there is almost never anyone who comes by or who is available for a need or a question.
