Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. For security reasons, you have to provide your own credit card details in order for the reservation to be valid and present this credit card upon check-in for verification. Please note that daily cleaning is provided, while linen change (sheets and towels) happens every 2 to 3 days depending on the stay, due to hotel's environmental friendly policy. Special changes can be made upon request and availability, with an additional charge.
