Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. How to check-in/out: The opening hours are 06.30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside those hours please check that you have brought the credit card used to make the reservation. Guests arriving after 21:00 are kindly requested to contact the hotel using the details on the booking confirmation in order to obtain access to their room. For arrivals after 9 PM, you need to contact the hotel during the day because there is no longer an automatic reception, but code boxes.
