A very special place

I really liked the surroundings, such a green and vibrant forest. I think the people I interacted with were very valuable and worthy; they were super friendly and helpful, everyone attentive to their guests' needs. There was a slight disagreement regarding the reservation fee and the amount I paid, but REAJ is managing it with InOut. Some people didn't respect the quiet rules at night, and I reported it the next day. The heating in my room was on, but I couldn't turn it off, and it was very hot. They told me they would look into it, but I had to leave. Overall, it was very good.

I do not recommend this establishment. We arrived a little after 10 p.m. to check-in and had to wait over an hour to get our room. Impossible to have someone on the phone when we had been told that it was quite possible to check-in by phone. As for the room, it is very basic, the blanket is very thin and if we had not asked how to put the heating on, we would have been very cold during our stay…. Presence of cockroaches in the room, fridge that does not work and theft of our bottle of wine… The only advantage of this establishment is that it is quite well located and close to transport.

A superb hostel; I met incredible people. It's exactly the type of experience I was looking for. There are lockers, the reception is available 24/7, and the premises are clean and fairly well-appointed, despite a lack of privacy in the rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped, and they offer plenty of activities.

My stay at the hostel was very pleasant, all the guys very friendly and helpful. I had the opportunity to do a pub crawl with other guests and it was so much fun! The rooms are comfortable, some lockers had the lock half failed but there was enough space to leave belongings. There are extra bathrooms on all floors, which gives more comfort. The kitchen is very complete and I was able to try the free breakfast with churros that they offer at the hostel. Very rich! I had to stay for just 1 night, take off at 7am

I chose this hostel for its location and attractive prices. However at 11:30 p.m. I decide to sleep in another hostel because of the insecurity there. Anyone can come in and out, if you have the misfortune to close your door incorrectly, anyone can come in. In addition, the hostel welcomed all ages and even homeless people. I found myself in a room with a 50 year old man with tattoos on his face and such. I have never felt so unsafe in a hostel. This is not recommended for young women.

Perfect stay spoiled by a few irruptions

Ideally located hostel with super pleasant and helpful staff at reception. The rooms are quite nice, the only downside is that we didn't have a shutter. Breakfast at 3 euros, inexpensive and does the job well. On the other hand, over 4 days, we were woken up 2 mornings at 9 a.m. by hostel maintenance to put up a poster and to look at where the mirror would be better placed in the room (not convinced that this is so urgent and if you don't don't answer, they come in) and we returned one afternoon to the room with these same people who were putting up the poster in the middle of the room. The least we could have done was to warn us that someone was passing by (we were in a room for 2 people, not a dormitory) In short, it's a shame since everything else was very cool.
