Nice little guesthouse. The owner is very helpful and will do everything she can to provide for all your requests. (She took the time to take me to a doctor for my bad knee)

The location--walkable to both JR Otsu and Keihan Hamaotsu Stations, Lake Biwa, & convenience stores--was excellent. We even saw a bit of the Sanno-Sai festival down the block one evening! ...

Located close to the station. Many restaurants around. Nice common area. It is small, but there is what you need.
