Great stay

We were very well received in this hotel, which was very clean and comfortable, but it didn't feel like a hostel, no activities were offered and people were clearly not there to meet people. In addition for my friend who was 17 years old and for whom we had an authorization given by the hostel so that she could go to the dormitory, we saw ourselves on the day of our arrival refused the dormitories and we had to pay 130€ in more for a private room. But we had called 1 week before to avoid this situation. Apart from that the hostel is clean but it looks more like a hotel.

Good welcome, well located, and clean. However, only 1 shower for 8 people/8 beds is not enough... But I recommend.

Clean and well located but not the "youth hostel" spirit more the "hotel spirit" no shared kitchen. Ban on bringing your own food and drinks. Good value for money anyway

Nice Hotel, clean rooms and dormitories, air-conditioning, the only thing - you have to pay extra for everything apart from the real basics - luggage deposit, towels etc. is extra fee Generator Madrid doesn‘t spread real hostel vibes either as we only met rather old people in our shared room.

The place is very good, the only thing I would complain about is that I had a room with 8 people, of which we had 2 girls. There is no option in the app to put only a female room. It is not a complaint to the hostel but to the app itself. In any case, I would recommend it, it is a very nice place and everything is very clean.

Large hostel, clean, terrace with bar, large dining room, polite and helpful staff, but: no fridge to put food if you want to cook, no place to wash your clothes and hang it out (for people who come back or do compost, adventurers…) AND ESPECIALLY, the 3 nights that I spent at this place, every night I was disturbed by young people who came in late, turned on the lights, talked to each other, did not pay attention to the very simple rule of respect, not to disturb those who are lying down. A reminder of the rules of good citizenship would be relevant.

The facilities, the decoration, the staff very well. But in the rooms the air conditioning makes a lot of noise and dries the environment, too hot. Very well the bathroom and shower in the room but it would be great that in addition to an outdoor shower (which I enjoyed) there was an outdoor bathroom without having to go down in pajamas to the ground floor. The beds very well, great, although the stairs make a little foot pup, hehe. Great bunkers to store things. It is the first experience in a Hostel, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised but it was difficult for me to sleep with people entering and leaving at dawn, in the next few occasions I will look for private rooms. One thing, I went down to the bathroom on the ground floor and forgot the card to go up. And then I used the stairs to access the fifth floor, they should check the doors as they were open and anyone could have climbed.

A very place, students of all nationalities, a great meeting place. The staff is top and answers all our questions. Thank you

Comfortable spacious rooms, modern and top-notch facilities. Big, relaxing lounge/common area, lots of working spaces, awesome staff. Will come back again and again.

This hostel got everything you need and more. Own personal lockers inside the rooms, a sink, toilet, and shower so you don't have to fall in line to share with other guests on the same floor. Really lively bar and restaurant on the ground floor.
