They did not give us the breakfast that was included in the reservation

We paid for the hostel with breakfast included, but this never happened.

A half-hearted hostel, disappointing despite the price. Good service, good placement, but lack of cleanliness and comfort.

The hostel partially met our expectations regarding prices, however it would require a minimum of cleanliness, heating and comfort. We did not have breakfast offered. Service from Andrew was very pleasant and he helped us navigate. The cleaning team simply empties the bins and "cleans" part of the floor, forgetting the shower, toilets and bedrooms. We didn't use the kitchen, for fear of finding little bug-type comrades there. Not recommended in winter.
