Maverick Hostel

Excellent hostel excellent location we stayed there for a week I wish they had changed the towels at least once. Our room was very quiet and brand new the beds were very comfortable.

We booked a twin room and they put us into a huge 19th century apartment! Fantastic! In addition to that, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I liked your kitchen! toasted and coffee machine so genuisly! and free tea and coffee. I liked your family!

Only stayed here one night. It was good-- I slept well and the bathrooms were clean.

The hostel is in a beautiful building and the accommodation is relatively characterful, although there is not a lot of atmosphere. It's close to a bus stop, although this advantage is cancelled out by the inaccurate and unhelpful directions (see below). It's in a nice area (but that applies to most of Budapest).

I spent one night in the bedroom of 10 and everything was perfect. Central but much quieter than those located in the area of ​​Dob utca and Kazinczy utca, where there is a lot of nightlife.

The hostel had nice rooms, and was extremely clean! The kitchen was big enough, and the common area had computers and a phone you could use to call whoever and wherever you wanted for free. The staff was friendly and helped us with whatever we wanted, and recommended good restaurants and had a nice and friendly attitude:) When it comes to the location it was located in a quiet area, right next to the metro station (20m away), so it was very easy to get wherever you wanted to go :) The metro to the large shopping mall went directly from the hostel, so it was pretty convenient :)

The place was an old royal mansion which was neat! There is a small elevator also.

Everything! It was a block away from the Danube River and right next to the Metro and a grocery store. Staff was amazing and the 10-bed room had plenty of space.

The room set up was fantastic (no bunks!) and great kitchen and bathrooms as well. The building was amazing too

Location, staff, price.

This was an great place to stay. The wifi was great, everyone was friendly, they let me stay in a room with fewer people because there was a bed open, free sheets, free lock, the location was super close to public transit and a market, close enough to walk to most things too.. I will definately stay here again if I find myself in Budapest again.
