The hostel is extremely well located in the city, in the heart of the lively district, with all transport nearby. The manager is a friendly person who will give you good advice and facilitate your stay. You will be in a friendly and jovial with a staff to care. Due to the passage of a large number of people, the dormitory has not aged well but remains suitable for all.

Ahmet and all the staffs were really helpful. Actually if you're in somekind of rush and you haven't booked already, you just have to come and book at the receptionist.

Ahmet was the most helpful host we met. We really appreciated his help and advise on what to do, assisting in booking travel & accommodation in Turkey.

The place is centrally located and easy to get to as it is on the last stop of the airport bus. The owner is extremely helpful and will do his best to make your stay pleasurable. I really enjoyed the great atmosphere and the friendly staff Hope to book this place again when I'm back in Istanbul.

I loved the owner of the hostel. He was amazing - we had a 12 dorm room and later switched to a 4 dorm room. Checkers and backgammon outside, hookah and great food. Would recommend this place to anybody. Great people. Great staff.

it had friendly staffs, they helped me with maps and places and so many other things, so ofc they earned the TIPS ;) the location is close to every place i needed to visit.

This is a nice place to stay while in Istanbul! It is located in a popular district and the owner is the best hostel owner I've had for a while! He helped with everything and even found me a good cheap hairdresser!

Ahmed, the owner, went ABOVE and BEYOND to accomodate us with various local Turkish dishes that we asked him about, he prepared them on site for us. The recommendations for local restaurants and nightlife were fantastic as well. We traveled as a family with our two adult children, ages 25 and 22 and they loved their stay as did we at Chambers of the Boheme. We felt as if we were with family for the 5 days we were there; absolutely brilliant !!

Great place to stay, if you're alone or with a couple! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you need help looking for a specific location the manager will actually WALK with you to the location. The rooms were comfortable and clean, you also get your own locker, Great place to meet others too, the atmosphere is so wonderful! There is also a cafe on the main floor that sells food and water and things at great prices and is delicious! Great place to stay, would come back without hesitation!

Awesome hostel with a very helpful and knowledgeable owner. Rooms are clean and secure with good bathrooms. Location is great, right around the corner from Istiklal Ave. so there are lots of restaurants, stores and bars/clubs nearby. Basic breakfast (eggs and bread) is nice and cheap and a great way to start the morning.

The owner is amazing and helps you navigate to interesting spots through out the city. I also felt very safe because there was always a staff member available and ready to check if I was OK, even at 3am :)

it is a very nice hostle and staff are very kind and polite. it's close to Taksm squre and because of this access to everywhere. it is safe because there are cameras all common areas and reseption 24 hours...i recomend this hostle to everyone

Excellent hostel - one of the best I've stayed in. It's clean, safe, with big lockers, and it's in the best area of Istanbul. Can't go wrong!

The location can not be beaten; a minute walk from the buses/metro at Taksim square and just off of the main pedestrian street in Istanbul. Numerous cafes,restaurants,bars and shops nearby. Tourist sights are easily accessible either by foot or by public transport. The hostel has comfy beds,is clean and affordable. Recommended!
