Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 20 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. No extra beds are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 14 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.

Nothing much. Brittany and France are wonderful, this apartment was not
This was the only room available near Roscoff that was not really expensive - just expensive (see cleaning costs below)
We cancelled our stay as there were no bed linen on the beds and we booked to sleep 2 adults and 3 kids and there was only 3 beds as opposed to what was advertised. I also requested a full refund as ...
