This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are provided. Final cleaning is not included at an extra cost of 45 up to 65€ except kitchenette, dishes and trash. A baby cot is available on request at EUR 10 extra fee per stay. A high chair is also available on site at an extra cost of EUR 10 per stay. A baby bath is available at a EUR 5 extra charge per stay. Please note that 2 pets maximum per cottage will be accepted at an extra cost of 6€ per night. First and second categories dogs are not accepted. The customer must notify in advance any arrival outside reception opening hours. Early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are available on request outside July and August for a EUR 19 extra fee, each. An additional cleaning deposit at the rate of the final cleaning service per type of accommodation is required. Upon departure, a cleanliness check is carried out before the deposit is returned.
