Close to the parks, good restaurants and liquor stores across the street (btw the Italian place across the street is amazing). Employees were nice. Pool was okay.

The only reason to stay here is because its directly next door to the Disney carpark (Simba Lot), there is a Denny's and convenience store across the street.
