Brand new.
Confortable and in excellent condition (seemed brand new), Friendly staff. Nice restaurant.

As always, a good breakfast, nice rooms, great bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful as always. I always enjoy my stays at Alva Valley and would definitely recommend for business or leisure.
