The staff are very friendly.
1. Friendly staff even though they don't speak English. I asked for hair dryer to the room and she (night shift receptionist) did her best to provide it. 2. Very central location. 3. Good heating.
Central location. No noise from outside, even though this is a busy area, because of thick windows. Desk clerk or manager on duty spoke enough Russian for us to communicate. Spacious room.
