I arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled last arrival time of 10pm and that was managed fine but once I had got my luggage in, I had no one to deal with the problems I encountered once I found my room ...
The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. Plenty of breakfast if you want it. Very close if you need to go the the Royal Marsden hospital.
