Location, courtyard, size of room!
Facilities and location was very good, the only issue and was minor as other guests were quiet, but you could hear every door open and close when you were in your room along with other guests ...
The room was lovely, clean and a decent size - we had Bass King room 36 - second floor with a green, leafy outlook (at least half the rooms overlook the carpark though so bear this in mind if you want...
