The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs. Gonzalo waited on us at the restaurant and poolside. His attention to detail and kindness was so nice to experience.
We wanted to occupy the pool facilities but there was a private event and we were denied access.
The bathroom is very spacious.
