Staff were friendly and so helpful, a credit to the company. Nothing was too much for them. Above and beyond. Loved the room and will definitely go again. Thank you.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, and go the extra step. Great location for visiting Chester and shopping at Cheshire Oaks. Breakfast was fantastic - food hot and freshly prepared.
