The friendliness of the staff
The very comfortable bed
Staff were very helpful especially as we speak very little Spanish. They helped us with how to connect the wifi and what they had on offer for us to eat so we managed well enough without a translator...
The treatment of the hotel and restaurant staff very good, the room rather better in many hotels with more stars
