We were visiting local vet clinic, so the hotel location was great, just 2 min walk. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful, there's excellent restaurant on site.

The customer service is atrocious we forgot our key in our hotel room at 730 pm and there was nobody at the reception. There was also no emergency number to call or room lockout. All in all we had to ...
