Friendly and helpful proprietor, charming hotel, good Covid practices in place, breakfast typical Spanish and reasonable value at €4. Interesting small town within 300 metres.
This was a great place for a three-night stay in lovely Covarrubias. The owners were working their socks off (presumably with reduced staffing due to the current situation) to keep everything running...
