Location is perfect, just in the city center. WiFi was surprisingly good quality, Staff was very friendly, breakfast was actually 3 course meal including pancakes.
The staff was very friendly and eager to help - even with some language hurdles.
Aspirational, and good to see such a hotel beginning to make a mark after long Soviet story of miserable hotels and miserable service.
