The receptionist; she was both informal and professional. We asked her about 'Kostomuksha's nightlife' and we learned from her it exists! We had a lovely evening at Кристалл (ulitsa ...
Clean and modern hotel. Good restaurant. Easy parking. Friendly staff. The safe box was closed when we arrived, but opened when asked.
Nice, clean hotel just in the middle of the town. Good sauna. Close to the shops. Breakfast ok - served to the table.
