Comfortble bed, heater in room, very nice view from the window
- Staffs are very friendly. - Nice and comfortable room (twin beds). - Parking lot is big and free (although 100 metres from the hotel entrance, but you can stop at the entrance for a drop off...
Breakfast was great! You can enjoy Japanese style breakfast looking over the Suwa Lake.
The bedroom was spacious and had a view over to the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
At the reception they were friendly, showing us parking personally, despite the language barrier (very little English). The detail of the kimono and the water bottles.
