The AMABALITY of the staff. LOCATION in the center + overlooking the river (room 10). The BUFÉ very varied and well presented and with a staff always friendly.
My room had a view of the Inn River, and the location was great. The breakfast room is pleasant, with a view of the river through the back terrace, and there were oranges for fresh juice.
Interior communal rooms & exterior of hotel very decorative as apposed to the extremely plain bedrooms.
