The staff are really nice and helped us throughout our stay. They even went all out to arrange our transport from Rize to Erzurum. Room is comfortable, toilet is small but the balcony view is amazing...
The location was a bit hard to get to, but the grounds of the hotel and the view were beautiful. It felt very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was a feast; there were so many dishes, and they just kept...
