Stunning views. The bungalows were lovely with individual balconies and great views. The staff were helpful and went beyond expectations to provide vegan meals for us.
This hotel has oldish, basic bungalows, beds OK, terrace fabulous and views to die for. It is set in a volcanic crater and is the most beautiful, soul filling place. Kettle and things you need to eat...

Staff was excellent, especially Marina. Food and service were very good. We had lovely meals.
