Location. Elevator, staff
It was very clean. Location was good. Friendly staff.
The breakfast was great. Our room was nice and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. A very nice place to stay and away enough from the crowd in Pigeon Forge, but close enough to drive back to.

The hotel was in a very good location, it was quiet and the room I had was quite large. There were 2 sections to the room with a bathroom in the middle, it would have been perfect for several people. ...
