The location, cleanliness and spaciousness of the kitchen and common area, the possibility of leaving the bags stored all day until the train left, the views from the living room where you eat. All.
Terrific buffet breakfast hot and cold options. Fantastic location by start of Kungsleden and other mountain trails.
Dinner menu is fabulous.
