This 17th century coaching inn has retained many of its original features, including a hand carved staircase and hand painted sundial. The bar boasts 2 magnificent fireplaces which are reputedly the largest in East Anglia.

Emergency packs in the bathroom I.e toothbrush, comb and razor, that was a nice touch. Impressive staircase, dinner was nice. WiFi was good, TV was a good size and a mini library in the room.
