Very comfortable
The staff were extremely helpful but you cant park there and I really think it should say there is a five minute walk from the public car park that you have to use.
Breakfast was really good, staff were all so friendly
A very cost effective way to stay in Hexham. You do get what you pay for though and this is definitely a budget hotel. The staff are lovely as are the locals who share the bar. Breakfast is wonderful...
I had to check-in (and out) outside of normal hours. The staff there bent over backwards to accommodate me. Couldn't have been more helpful.
