Nothing really
Location and cleanliness
Location, comfort. Price to do laundry and the ability to do my laundry is a plus. Cleaning ladies were very nice. Front desk let us check in as little early with no problems.
Updated, nice amenities. Towels were bright white & fluffy.
It worked for a 1 night stay.
