Good value for decent sized room right next to Matsuyama JR station. 24 hour staffing for easy check in and out. English speaking staff available when I was there who were very helpful.
Localisation is perfect! The staff was lovely, really carful of the guest. <3 The rooms had a 70’ atmosphere that was funny to live in ;)
Japanese style breakfast was awesome! The place was overall very clean as well, and the staff were excellent.

Upgraded to larger room no charge. Desk spoke great English and gave great service re:transit and sights. View of castle (8th floor) amazing.
