Clean,warm and cosy. Great staff and their boot beer is superb.
Flexible eating times. Excellent food
Lovely, helpful, friendly young staff. Lovely spacious room, super comfy bed and lovely bathroom.
I was given a refund for the second night by a very apologetic young lady who tried her best. A missed night's sleep and threatening behaviour from guests is not made better by a refund.
