The food and helpfulness of the staff.
Central yet quiet location.......ideal when catching flights out of Gatwick
Room was great, Pub and restaurant were also very good. Food quality was excellent including quality of produce.
Loved the breakfast. Bed was comfortable and clean bathroom with good shower however loose shower head fitting.
