Hostel
Clink261 is a comfortable, centrally located hostel just 5 minutes\' walk from King\'s Cross Tube and St. Pancras International Station; London’s main transport hub. The hostel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the building and a great-value breakfast for £2.
Clink261 opened its doors 20 years ago. It\'s come a long way since then but it’s still got that laid-back feel that backpackers love. Staying at Clink261 feels a bit like coming home.

Cleanliness at appointment, however unpleasant staff and room really very small for 4. Cleaning was done every day! And very comfortable bedding.
All staff are very friendly and dedicated, the equipment is OK, friendly rooms OK. The only downside is a room of 6 really very narrow, even if the hostel is mostly a place to sleep obviously, it is still a little cramped.
Great location!
Staff Welcoming, very nice, smiling from the entrance to the kitchen. The information on the operation is well transmitted, the establishment is clean, calm. I would put a damper on the baggage deposit (super useful) that it is not well maintained and that users do not respect. Hostel ideally placed for your arrival in London.
First experience in hostel and everything went well. Unbeatable price / quality ratio for this location in London!
Bar / atmosphere at the top. The correct room for the price. On the other hand, bathroom really not clean and nauseating smell.
Home super and a wonderful meeting
Friendly hostel for a young clientele. Privatized room very well. General atmosphere very well. Efforts to be made on the cleanliness.
We had a problem with rooms following our reservation. The service immediately took charge and found a solution to make our stay a perfect one and we really want to thank them again. The team is listening, pleasant and dynamic! Superb nice hostel!
Good reception and good stay in Clink78. Small room of 4 where you must not be modest or want too much privacy. Bar area, very friendly kitchen and welcoming staff. Sanitary rudimentary, but enough for the stay.

Our hostel is located in Nothing Hill gate, a 10-minute walk to the famous Portobello Road and right on the door step of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, home to Prince William and Kate Middleton! A charming, safe and beautiful area to explore London from, Astor Queensway is a home away from home.
Superb welcome, the bed and the roommate was cool. Little toilet / shower & hygiene therefore ...
Lunch not too bad or good.
The place is unwelcoming, very dirty, the dormitory looks like a real squat, or 18 people pile up in a tiny room. I do not really recommend for the price, the place is unhygienic, you can not sleep between return trips and snoring ...
The place is dirty, all the room have a very weird disgusting smell, there is just one toilet in a floor with probably 60 beds. Thats understandable due to the price. What I really dislike is the pub downstairs. Some nights I would dine in my room because there would be 20 absolutely drunk guys steaming alcohol, fighting about football or talking about "the girl with massive boobs that suck their dicks". The lounge for the hostel guests has very old forniture, horrible couches and a shy fridge and microwave that compose the whole 'kitchen'. Location isnt great either. So if you can afford a bit more, I wouldnt recommend you to go here.
I found that the hostel did not necessarily correspond to what I expected. The style is a bit rustic and dated. The private room in which I was with my cousin consisted of a bunk bed and the sink that was there, the water did not flow. In terms of the cleanliness of bathrooms and showers it was not great. However, the staff was nice. Nevertheless, the value for money was interesting since we came to shop and we were always outside and we just go back to drop our things and sleep. I think we should still review the equipment because one of the two showers did not work.
Sorry ! Bug bed horrible night
The hotel was under renovation when I went, the staff is friendly. Everything went well.
Very clean.
Well located accommodation in London, close to public transport (bus, metro ..). The neighborhood is vibrant and shops within 400 meters of the hostel. Correct breakfast but limited choice of products. Only small downside to the level of cleanliness of the room (humidity, dirty bathroom), despite this the beds are comfortable and the room quite large; the window did not close, fortunately it was very hot inside. I will recommend this accommodation for a short stay without a fuss!
Clean, affordable hostel with careful and useful staffs. There is a joyful atmosphere and it is well located. I had an amazing time at Astor ! Shared rooms are spacious enough and mine had an ensuite bathroom. They have useful facilities such as free lockers, a luggage storage.
Hostel

Tate Modern, the National Theatre, The Imperial War Museum, London Aquarium, London Dungeon, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, the Kia Oval and the famous Ministry of Sound are all within 1.5 miles of the property.
I’ve been there twice and will go back, it’s very well placed, clean and not very expensive. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms pleasant and the staff very friendly. Only regret no way to cook or store your own food but hey it is not the most important because there are shops and restaurants everywhere and you can always eat in the entrance hall. I recommend 100% !!
great hostel where you can make great meetings, well placed and ideal for small budgets.
We stayed with our 2 grandchildren. Everything went as planned. Room 4 corresponded to our expectations. The competent, jovial staff gave us the advice we expected. Roughly nothing wrong, on the contrary.
great hospitality, rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable beds.
Very clean hostel !! Superb room, showers and toilets are well maintained, nothing to complain about. the staff is there for us. Only negative point, the price of breakfast is too expensive ...

We are 10 minutes walk from the famous Baker street (with Maddame Tussauds and Sherlock Holmes history), with Regents Park slightly further East. Paddington and Marylebone are within 10 minutes walk, with Hyde Park an easy stroll south.
Hostel far from everything, we changed the bed 3 times. Someone was in our bed and this person was not even part of the inn ... To flee!
The hostel is perfectly located in the middle of the park, it is beautiful with a courtyard / garden very nice. Finally, the rooms are immaculate, the curtains very practical and bathroom very clean.

We arrived at night (29/10/17) due to the schedule of our flight. The two people who greeted us were very rude, not warm at all as we arrived with 5 tired children. Moreover, on the site of "hostel" we can not specify the number of children and we do not have the possibility to reserve a complete room. I booked 7 places so I could detail the reservation. On arrival we are told that it is not possible: that people have been dispatched and as they are children it is not possible to put them with other adults than parents. Is. very good, that's for sure, but I thought we were not separating the groups. But the booking site was not suitable? (To do !!!!) and in the meantime it was 1am .... In short, they finally found us a dirty and wet room ss élecricité. Good the next day they caught up: a room for us 7 (while at night they told us that we should find accommodation elsewhere !! (and I was tt settled by internet) In short, not a chic welcome at all but a good catching up which is certainly the manager, otherwise the place is very nice, the dining area pleasant, the lil bit perfect and the population heteroclytes and friendly.Another negative point: the baggage deposit is completely insecure (all the world has access to the code !!) and very dirty, I think we will not come back, but no regrets.
An excellent address to discover London!
This auberge is horrible , she is not clean, and everybody don’t respect nothing , is my first time and my last time !!
Very nice place, very nice employees and very homely atmosphere. Pints and breakfast very cheap.
This hostel is we situated, the outside looks really nice and the employees are nice as well. But the rooms are not well lit, the mattresses are very thin and the shower/toilets are not very good quality. I thought I was stuck in the shower as the door wouldn't open anymore.
Hostel very well placed for the metro, with a great staff always ready to help you. For the dormitory, I do not advise people who want comfort and privacy (at the same time logical no?). By cons, despite that we were 14 in the same room, with check in and Check out in the middle of the night, respect and discretion were present! The showers deserve a good refurbishment and there is a lot of humidity in the dormitory below (I did not visit the one above). The cleaning of common areas is done every morning.
The hostel is clean, well placed (two minutes walk from a metro and bus station). The maintenance is done regularly and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are ok.
