The owner was friendly
Very nice looking homestay with a very friendly host who offered to book my entire Mekong/Laos trip to Luang Prabang (including pickup). It also included a very nice breakfast.
Quiet location with good view over the river
Great value - didnt have a high expectation for the price. It was an adequate place to stay
