Cost, easy access, helpful friendly staff member.
Its a clean comfortable place which has been renovated..very central. I can say that its a nice place good views from certain rooms.

The bed was comfortable and the drinks were a fair price
The staff were pleasant I enjoyed my stay there the pub was handy for the town centre and rail station
