Great customer service very friendly staff
Historic, charming hotel. I also like that the new owner plans to reopen the restaurant and bar soon.
Staff where very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, rooms where clean.
We booked Hotel Charlotte as a midway stop to Lake Tahoe and I'm so happy we did. Firstly Groveland was a great find, full of history and felt like a proper American town (our idea from the movies...
