A very warm welcome and she couldn't do enough for me, the room was very nice, lovely hot bath after being in the car for 12+ hours
the shower was dirty with pubic hairs of previous person. There was no breakfast available but was advertised as "breakfast included" The staff couldn't find my booking order. ...
The staff were great, welcoming and attentive and the location close to the station shops and ferry is really good.
The staff were very friendly, the bed was comfy, the room was clean. The hotel has lots of character with quirky décor that sets it apart from the run of the mill budget hotels, very reasonably priced...
Bed was comfortable, good sized room.
