The cleanliness
Very clean room and a nice bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
On route to Nashville from Phoenix, needed a place to stay the night, but was terrified by all the terrible reviews other hotels in the area have (and for double the cost). Searched more and found ...
That it was close to town and it still quite. Meaning no highway traffic noises.
It was clean and very reasonable.
