The staff was really kind and took care of personal requests, always smiling and kind.
Very nice place and a great location for traveling trough to Ötztal skiing area. “Geschäftsführerin” was very helpful, breakfast was excelent.
Fabulous location across the road from a river. Staff very friendly. Really nice evening meal in the restaurant. Breakfast great (and even better as it was included)
Raftin Alm proved to be a good find. The location was great, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Unfortunately, we did not have time to try the sauna and jacuzzi.
We loved one night stay as the location is nice, near the river. Yard is great, with table tennis and nice huge chess to play. Great breakfast. Everything was nice.
